- 01 · What we collect
- Through the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, type of enquiry, subject, available date (optional), and the enquiry itself. Nothing beyond what you type in is collected automatically.
- 02 · Why we use it
- Only to reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation it starts. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.
- 03 · How long we keep it
- One year from the date we reply, after which it is destroyed. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the retention periods required by law for that contract apply instead.
- 04 · Processors
- We rely on the following providers, all of which process data outside Korea: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and server operation), Resend (sending enquiry email), and Cloudflare, Inc. (domain, DNS and inbound mail forwarding).
- 05 · Disclosure to third parties
- We do not share collected personal data with third parties, except where a law enforcement authority requires it through a lawful procedure.
- 06 · Destruction
- Data is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends. Electronic records are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
- 07 · Your rights
- You may ask to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal data. Write to the address below and we will act on it without delay.
- 08 · Cookies
- We use a single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember the language you chose. We run no analytics or advertising trackers.
- 09 · Data protection officer

- 10 · Changes to this policy
- When this policy changes, the change and its effective date will be posted on this page.
