How it runs
- 01 · Assessment
- First we find out what participants actually do and which tools they use. The same AI course needs to look different for a marketing team and an engineering team.
- 02 · Curriculum design
- The assessment decides which tools and examples we cover. Examples come from the participants' real work, not from generic samples.
- 03 · Hands-on sessions
- Nobody leaves having only listened. Sessions are built around each participant applying AI to one of their own tasks.
A good fit when
AI tools were rolled out but hardly anyone uses them; each department needs something different and a generic course fell short; the training is expected to pay off the following week, not eventually.
Teaching experience
We have built our experience on the ground in corporate AI training — technical support and running the hands-on sessions. That experience is now going into our own AI training program, shaped to each objective and audience.
